Barrington Macey has a special purpose – to help people have a safe home life with comfort, independence and dignity. Barrington Macey provides its services to adults aged 18 and over in and around the West Kent area. We care for our clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our first priority is to ensure our recruitment procedures are robust and promote the uptake of skilled professional care staff, typically at level NVQ 2 in care.
Focusing on excellent customer service, we supply staff that are experienced in care and able to work to the required standards, exceeding them where possible. All of our staff are experienced in working with clients in their own homes and commercial establishments.
Our care staff are experienced and able to support our clients with cooking, cleaning, shopping, washing, dressing, mobility, social outings, companionship, medications and a plethora of other care activities, specifically tailored to each of our clients unique needs.
Every need is valued and supported with courtesy, competence and compassion, whether it be a cup of tea and a chat right through to coping with total disability, illness or recovery.
