An NVQ 2 in care is preferred as is the ability to meet and exceed care standards.
Recruitment checks include an enhanced disclosure, written and verbal references (one of which must be a current or most recent employer), knowledge and skill analysis and home office approved ID verification.

We pay above average rates of pay and travel allowances for bookings of less than 6 hours in duration.

All our staff receive SSP and Holiday Pay.

To work with specialist client on 1 to 1 basis in client’s own home.
Must be female and have previous experience in care work.
NVQ 2 in health and social care is desirable. Car driver preferred
but not essential if living locally to Paddock Wood
